Diarrhea is also mentioned during pregnancy. The sensitivity to food might cause mild to moderate diarrhea. You should report to your doctor when the symptom does not seem to stop for several days. • Have regular rest and relax your mind are the best solution in order not to make nausea worse.
• Provide the body with an adequate amount of water and juice for more vitamins and minerals.
• Consume food with smaller portions is recommended to avoid reflux. Sweet, spicy and hot food should be avoided because they are less likely to trigger a gag reflex. Some women report about sour fruit as remedies for morning sickness.
• Eat a considerable amount of fruit, especially sour fruits like kiwis, strawberries not only brings up plenty of water, vitamin but also helps relieve nausea feeling.
• Drink ginger tea is also a suggestion for pregnant women to control and relieve nausea and vomiting.
